Todd is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ1815) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.  He graduated from the University of Florida in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, where he was also an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho social-professional fraternity.  Immediately upon graduation, Todd began working for Farm Credit in 1987.  During his career he served as an agricultural loan officer and appraiser, in multiple offices throughout North Florida.  While at Farm Credit he became a Certified General Appraiser in 1993 and appraised exclusively for Farm Credit throughout much of Florida.  In addition to performing and reviewing complex agricultural appraisals, Todd was also responsible for training internal appraisers, evaluators, hiring outside fee appraisers, monitoring and reporting land value trends and working with regulators.  After a rewarding 34-year career, Todd retired in 2021 as the managing Vice President and Chief Appraiser of the Farm Credit of Florida association and started his private career as owner of “AGR Values”. 

Todd is a long-time member of the Ocala/Marion County Association of REALTORS, the Marion County Cattlemen’s Association and the Florida Forestry Association.  He served on the Marion County Farm Bureau board as an Executive Officer for 28 years and was active in many statewide programs and committees.  Todd is an alumnus of Marion County 4-H and an active supporter and volunteer for both 4-H and FFA programs.  Todd is a life-long member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ocala and resident of Ocala, FL. 

Carter E. Ullman

Carter is a Registered Trainee Appraiser (RI25420) in the state of Florida.  Carter is a Florida native, growing up around cattle, citrus, and the outdoors in Lake Wales. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation, where he worked as a research technician in the Agronomy Department working with farmers and researchers growing corn, peanuts, soybeans, sesame, and cotton in North Florida. He was also an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho social-professional fraternity at UF.  Carter then went on the earn a Masters of Science in Aquaculture at Auburn where he worked with nutrition and feeding strategies in the commercial production of farmed shrimp.  After graduation from Auburn, Carter started a job at Aquaco Farms in Fort Pierce, FL designing, constructing, and managing a startup aquaculture facility raising Florida Pompano.

In 2022 Carter decided to make a career change and joined AGR Values as a Registered Trainee Appraiser working to earn the designation as a Certified General Appraiser. Carter has been able to bring insights from commercial agriculture production and construction to his appraisals.
