Legacy Farm Credit Appraisers

Legacy Farm Credit Appraisers are fee appraisers who were previously employed as
Appraisers within the Farm Credit System. These select appraisers received specialized
training in the field of agricultural appraisals. Because of their history and involvement,
they truly understand their local agriculture community and what factors influence market values. While familiar with general agriculture, they often times specialize in localized agriculture, such as dairy, poultry, equine, row crops, forestry, citrus, etc. Their agricultural contacts and history in their communities often times allows them to have firsthand knowledge of local transactions
and a firm understanding of local farm and land values. In addition to providing reliable, high-quality appraisals, they may also become valuable resources with an in-depth knowledge of local market trends and anticipated growth.
